1 Sirloin Steak
1 Pack of Shaved Steak
1 Bottom Round Roast or Rump Roast
1-2 lbs of Top Round or Cube Steak
1 Eye of Round
1 Small Brisket
10 - 13 lbs of Ground Beef (85/15) in one pound packs
You will receive approx. 20 pounds of beef from ONE animal that is frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed by a USDA Inspected facility. Please note this is not a "full blood" Wagyu so while the beef is tender and juicy, it is not as fatty as traditional Wagyu you've probably experienced.
