Sizzle Selection Beef Box Includes:

  • 1 Porterhouse Steak - over 1 inch thick!

  • 1 Sirloin Tip Steak - over 1 inch thick!

  • 1-2 lbs. Cube Steak

  • 1 Chuck Roast

  • 1 Small Brisket

  • 1 Bottom Round Roast

  • 1-2 lbs of Steak Farmer's Choice

  • 2 Packs of Korean Style Ribs

  • 1 Pack of Shaved Steak (Similar to "Steakums")

  • 5 - 7 Pounds of Ground Beef

 

All beef is from ONE animal that is frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed by a USDA Inspected facility.  You will receive approx. 23-26 lbs of beef in your variety box.
