You will receive 20 pounds of beef from ONE animal that is frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed by a USDA Inspected facility. Please note this is not a "full blood" Wagyu so while the beef is tender and juicy, it is not as fatty as traditional Wagyu you've probably experienced.
