Wagyu Farmer's Choice Beef Box Includes:
- 2 Delmonico Steaks - over 1 inch thick!
- 3 NY Strip Steaks - over 1 inch thick!
- 1 Sirloin Steak - over 1 inch thick!
- 1 Chuck Roast
- 3 Packs of Shaved Steak (Similar to "Steakums")
- 1 Bottom Round Roast
- 1-2 lbs of Steak Farmer's Choice
- 7 - 10 lbs of Ground Beef (85/15)
You will receive approx. 25 pounds of beef from ONE animal that is frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed by a USDA Inspected facility. Please note this is not a "full blood" Wagyu so while the beef is tender and juicy, it is not as fatty as traditional Wagyu you've probably experienced.
