Wagyu Sizzle Selection Beef Box Includes:
- 4 NY Strips - over 1 inch thick!
- 2 Filet Mignon Medallions
- 3 Roasts (Chuck or Arm)
- 3 Packs of Shaved Steak (Similar to "Steakums")
- 3 Packs of Beef Ribs
- 1 Skirt Steak
- 4 - 6 lbs of Ground Beef (85/15)
You will receive approx. 25 pounds of beef from ONE animal that is frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed by a USDA Inspected facility. Please note this is not a "full blood" Wagyu so while the beef is tender and juicy, it is not as fatty as traditional Wagyu you've probably experienced.
